Land Development Code
The Planning Department administers the Land Development Code in order to promote appropriate land use as well as conducting development reviews including residential development orders (housing permits), land use verifications, site plans, subdivisions, special exceptions, variances and stormwater review. The Planning Department continues to make changes to the County's Land Development Code in order to streamline the development and approval process and to promote economic development.
