***BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING IS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT***
This is manual work involving a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled task in the Public Works Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in patching holes in County roads
- Rakes leaves, trims bushes and mows grass on County property
- Cleans up litter along County roads and/or County property
- Assist in flagging traffic on public highways
- Cleans dirt, debris and underbrush from drainage ditches, pipes and right-of-way
- Occasionally erect fences along County rights-of-way
- Performs other related duties as required
