THE GADSDEN COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CORDIALLY INVITES THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND THEIR ANNUAL GADSDEN COUNTY VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION
GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla- -The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners and the Veterans Services Department invites the public to attend the Gadsden County Annual Veterans Day Celebration in Quincy on Monday, November 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Gadsden County Courthouse.
The guest speaker for the event will be Glenn Sapp, who served in the Gulf War with the 400th Military Police Department. He previously served as the Chief of Police for the City of Quincy Police Department and was a captain for the Tallahassee Police Department. Sapp, a native of Quincy graduated from James A. Shanks High School in 1993. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida A & M University. He is the husband of Linda Sapp. They have three daughters. He currently resides in Havana.
Sapp is also a speaker and author of “From Prison to Promise: How I Went from Prison to Police Chief” and founder of www.theafro-popo.com.
