GADSDEN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ELDERLY AFFAIRS TO HOST HOUSING COUNSELING SERVICES WORKSHOP
GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla- -The Gadsden County Department of Elderly Affairs will host a Housing Counseling Services Workshop on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Senior Citizens Center in Quincy.
The workshop is being held in partnership with Wealth Watchers and Florida Commerce. Participants of all ages are welcome to access housing resources to navigate current and new homeowners’ journeys in post-purchase, foreclosure prevention, credit and financing, financial management, home maintenance, and disaster recovery.
Additional benefits to workshop participants include:
- Home insurance lowers resources
- Home maintenance referrals
- Post-purchase counseling
- Foreclosure mitigation
- Credit and finance counseling
- $25 Walmart gift card (one per household – verified by the county’s property appraiser’s office)
